The Philippine International Trading Corporation (PITC) invites legally, financially, and technically qualified manufacturers or first-tier distributors who are leaders in their respective industries to submit Letter of Intent (LOI) to enter into DEALERSHIP AGREEMENT.

PITC is authorized under Sections 5 and 6 of Presidential Decree (PD) 1071 or the PITC Revised Charter to enter into dealership agreement. From the foregoing, PITC encourages increased strategic partnerships with the government and private sectors in response to the changing demands of the market and take advantage of new market opportunities.

Specifically, as dealer/distributor of manufacturers’ or first tier distributors of products, we would gladly receive LOIs for the following priority products:

• Information and Communications Technology (ICT) Equipment, Solutions and Services
• Cloud-Based Solutions and Services
• Cybersecurity Devices, Solutions and Services
• Device Management Application Software and Services
• Electric / Motor Vehicles
• Medical and Laboratory Equipment
• Industrial Equipment, i. e., Generator Sets, Air-conditioning Systems, etc.
• Electricity Devices and Services, i. e., Solar Panels, etc.
• Aircraft Spare Parts (OEM)
• Tires
• Construction Materials
